Bar Neon
What are those bars called where they splash paint on u? [similar to bar scene in 'miss congeniality']?
Similar to the scene in Miss Congeniality where the girls go to a bar, where they beat drums and have neon paint splattered All Over them. Not sure what this would be called, but I'm trying to find one in the Philadelphia area. Even just a different way of phrasing that would help me locate one!
