Who thinks Kurt Warner suffered a concussion in the Saints game?
Did you see him almost vomit on the Cards bench after that hit? Are you aware that vomiting is a sure symptom of a concussion? Did his eyes look right to you when he came back into the game in the 3rd quarter? Should Whizenhunt have allowed him to go back into the game? And does anyone know the new NFL rules regarding concussions?
I don't know how he didn't suffer a concussion from that hit if he didn't. That was a wicked blindside hit he absorbed and his head bounced off the turf like a ping-pong ball.
I don't know if the Cards' coaches and doctors should have let him back in (since I don't know for sure he got a concussion), but I bet it was Warner who begged to get back into the game during halftime that was the deciding factor. When he went back into the game the first thought that went through my head was that he was probably planning to retire after the game anyway and he didn't want his last play in the NFL to be getting ear-holed, but I could be wrong.
