Joe Namath is a Hall of Famer, won two MVP awards and is the only QB to throw 4000 yards in a 14-game season.
Before him I would put Eli Manning, Big Ben and Jim Plunkett.
You morons. Namath played in a different time, different rules that didn't promote passing. They didn't even have the QB rating then. Check out other QBs in that era. Namath's isn't that bad. Besides, for the most part, he played on terrible teams. One third of his wins came in only two of his seasons.
