What are the best lifts for a running back?
What are the best lifts for a running back? I will be a sophomore. I am about 5'7'' maximum which is short for my grade so i need to make up for it with strength. I bench about 180. I can do 135 pounds 15 times. Please help me with the best lifts and if it is better to go heavy and less reps or light and more reps. Thank you.
it depends on what type of running back you want to be, an agile one who jukes them out, or a big running back who just trucks anyone. if you do more reps with smaller wieghts that works out your stamina in those muscles, doing less reps, with bigger wieghts work on your strengths.
