Good heavens yes. Any disease that is specifically transported throughout the body and found in blood will be transferred. Such as:
Malaria
Hepatitis C
Hepatitis D
Yellow Fever
Bacterial Infections
Syphilis
And so on.....
Not a good idea to do this....
