in golf i have a licence and a green card and therefore have handicap 54, then i did a golf and got handicap?
22 but then how do i make it official so that i can go in golfs where you need a good handicap

If you are asking if you can be a pro golfer with a handicap of 22, the answer is no. I am a 59 year old woman and I have a handicap of 25 and I know I couldn't make the pros.
Pros typically shoot under par. I don't know what that makes their handicap, but I am positive it is no where near 22.
