What NFL teams are boned if the salary cap falls through?
If the NFL doesn't maintain its salary cap for next season, what teams will fall by the wayside?

The teams with cheap owners, which not so coincidently are the same teams that are screwed now.
Honestly, if the salary cap goes away it wont be that big of a deal for teams who can draft well enough. I think the assumption is that players will hit free agency and be sold to the highest bidder once the salary cap goes away but if you look at the rules for the uncapped year, that might not happen. There are actually rules in place that will allow teams to keep great players that they drafted or have had since they were UDFA's off the free agency market. So, its actually the teams with bad front office's that are in the most trouble.
