Is it ok for people to take photos of MLB and NFL players in the stadium and selling the photos online?
I have seen a lot of fans take photos of mlb players and nfl players in stadiums, and try to sell them online, are they allowed to do this or is it not allowed just like recording video?
What would the best digital camera to use for this?
Absolutely not. Do not try it... and I can add to this a bit. The only way you could sell your pictures is to have written permission and releases from the MLB/NFL, permission from the owners of the teams, and permission from the players themselves. So you see, you would be in a world of liability. There are scouts that go searching for illegal pictures so it just is not worth the fine you would be handed. Oh,, You can take the pictures, you just have to enjoy them for yourself.
